We ask for contact information so that we can follow-up for additional details if needed. We ask for information about type of user so that we can better understand how the requested case or type of case may be useful. If you prefer to submit your request anonymously, you can leave the fields about contact information and category blank, though this may decrease the likelihood that the case(s) you propose are selected for publication. The RLLR only publishes positive Refugee Protection Division decisions issued in 2019 or later. Decisions are obtained from the Immigration and Refugee Board through Access to Information and Privacy requests. Identifying information in the decisions is redacted by the Immigration and Refugee Board.
