IASFM Service Prize

Eligibility

The nominee must be a member in good standing of IASFM at the time of the award or for the period of service acknowledged by the award. The minimum length of service is 3 years.

The nominators must be members in good standing of IASFM.

A letter of nomination must be submitted and signed by at least 3 IASFM members. The letter should provide a rationale for the nomination, based on the description provided at https://iasfm.org/iasfm-service-prize/, with concrete examples of exceptional service.

The letter and any supporting materials must be no longer than 5 pages. Please note that the reuse of materials used for other purposes (for example, tenure and promotion, other prize nominations) can only be included with the written permission of the author(s).
